Agendas and Minutes

Council meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Thursday of the month (with the exception of August). Here is a list of the meetings for 2026

Full Agenda packs for all meetings are posted on the Parish Website approximately one week before the meeting date. In addition, a paper copy is posted on the parish notice board at the same time.

All Parish Council meetings are open to the public and press. There is always an opportunity to speak at the meetings in our Public Participation section, on any item listed on the agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes.

Draft minutes are published after meetings. These are put forward for approval and signing at the next Parish Council meeting. The Minutes are legal documents that confirm the decisions made by the Parish Council and do not necessarily detail verbatim discussions.
